SRDN started as a Microsoft-certified IT shop in Delhi NCR. Two decades later, we're doing what we've always done — keeping ambitious businesses running — only now the stack includes Claude, MCP and a much better caffeine supply.

02THE STORY

We've been the team behind the wall sockets for a long time.

Founded in 2007 as a small infrastructure firm, we spent the first decade running data centres, migrating SAP estates and getting paged at 3am. The boring, important work that keeps Indian SMBs and enterprises actually online.

In 2023, when MCP shipped and Claude got useful, we did what most agencies didn't — we rebuilt our practice from the ground up. AI agents now sit on top of the same infrastructure we've been running for years, talking to the same CRMs and ERPs we've been integrating since you could fit a database on a single laptop.

That's the unfair advantage: we know your stack already, because we built half of it.

  1. 2007

    Infrastructure era

    Founded in Delhi NCR. On-prem servers, Windows Server, networking, support contracts. Trial by fire on banking and manufacturing accounts.

  2. 2014

    Cloud migration

    Microsoft Gold Partner. First Azure migrations. AWS shortly after. We watched physical servers leave datacentres for the last time.

  3. 2019

    Multi-cloud + DevOps

    Three-cloud practice. Terraform, CI/CD, FinOps. 24/7 NOC built in-house. Custom app development becomes a service line.

  4. 2023

    AI-native

    Practice rebuilt around Claude, GPT-4o and the MCP standard. First production AI agents shipped to long-time clients in retail and manufacturing.

  5. 2026

    Today YOU ARE HERE

    100+ active clients across India. Six service lines. AI agents handling millions of customer interactions per month, on infrastructure we still run ourselves.
